Dahan: Raakan Ka Rahasya 2022 Hindi Season 1
Dahan: Raakan Ka Rahasya 2022 is a mystery TV series that features Tisca Chopra, Rajesh Tailang, Mukesh Tiwari, Saurabh Shukla, and Ankur Nayyar, among others. It was directed by Vikranth Pawar. There are 9 episodes total, and each one lasts between 45 and 50 minutes.
You’ll have to put your patience to the test in Dahan’s very first episode. Even if the remaining 8 episodes are full with adventure and intrigue, you won’t make it through the first one since it’s so exposition heavy and boring. Tisca Chopra, especially once she reaches Shilaspura, will make you want to keep watching the show despite the slow moments.
In and of itself, Shikaspura isn’t particularly fascinating, but the show’s writers have managed to imbue the place with such an air of mystique and unease that you can’t turn away. The incredibly eerie tune in the background helps to create a riveting mood that you won’t be able to turn away from. The town is a fascinating protagonist, and the show certainly doesn’t fall short when it comes to bringing together all of the program’s many facets.
Avani Raut, played by Tisca Chopra, has her own secrets. A sense that something terrible has happened to her and that it still haunts her now is established inside the first minute. Is Avani seeing hallucinations or is there a supernatural explanation? As Avani overcomes challenge after challenge, that is the question on your mind at all times.
The tension between Avani and Pramukh Swaroop (Saurabh Shukla) is tantalising, and the battle between tradition and modernity is thrilling. Swaroop is trying to thwart Avani’s efforts to modernise the sleepy town. It’s anyone’s guess who will come out on top, and you won’t know for sure until the show is over. But first, you see everyone acting in ways that will make you wonder what they’re hiding.
Nonetheless, Dahan doesn’t help itself with the way it portrays its characters. There isn’t a single one of them who is competent or mature enough to grasp the subtleties of the situation. They continuously argue and shout about “progress” and their own personal agendas, without considering the desires of the general public or the potential fallout from hasty actions.
You may have felt at one point that Avani is excessively tone-deaf and dominating, with little regard for the feelings and wishes of others around her. At first, it manifests itself in minor details; later, it begins to affect her major decisions. It’s intriguing that she seems unconcerned by the fallout at first, but eventually feels the sting just like the rest of us.
